The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. When you submit a membership application, your device opens an email message; form information is not sent to this website’s server. The association processes only the information you choose to send by email.
Why do we process it?
Membership-application data is used to reply to your request, check the membership criteria and administer membership if it is accepted.
How long do we keep it?
Membership applications are kept only as long as necessary to answer and handle them. If membership is accepted, records may be retained to meet the association’s legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you select “Save essential preference”, that choice is stored only in your browser so the notice is not displayed on every visit. You can continue without saving a choice or reopen privacy choices at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its processing, using the official email address. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
